Connecting Microsoft 365

Connecting a Mailbox​

  1. Open Email in the sidebar.
  2. Click Connect Microsoft 365 and sign in with the account you want to connect.
  3. Once connected, add any additional mailboxes you want monitored under Monitored Mailboxes — each can be toggled on or off independently.

Data Controls​

  • Export data — download the tracking metadata CrabShack has stored for this connection.
  • Purge all data — permanently delete that metadata. Email bodies were never stored in the first place (see Email Overview).
