How It Works
Today, CrabShack connects to Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online mailboxes.
Privacy
Email bodies are never stored by CrabShack — only lightweight tracking metadata needed to match replies to the right conversation. You can export or purge this data at any time from the Email settings page.
